Two Factor Authentication or 2FA is an extra security process, which mostly used to secure your account on Exchanges, Wallet and many other platforms. When you enable it for the first time, it gives you a code which is used to recover your 2FA in case if you change your mobile phone or uninstall the application. The problem is that many users because of carelessness forget to copy that code or simply lose it, and if they don't have some programming skills usually they lose access to their account as well. Well don't panic if you did the same mistake, you can get back your code again in case if you didn't uninstall application.

Here are some simple steps to follow:
1. Enter to you account settings (account where you enabled 2FA)
2. Disable 2FA
3. Enable it again (it will give you another brand new code)
4. Write down that code on paper
5. Copy that paper, a try not to lose it  Smiley

Hope that it was useful, and from now please pay careful attention to what you're doing with your accounts! Wink
