I withdrew some BTC on the 22.01. from Mt. Gox and they charged my account, but didn`t process the transaction.
Now I`m trying to contact support for three days straight, via support ticket (no reaction) and chat (there`s never anyone available, no matter which time of day or night).
Is this normal on Mt. Gox, or is there something wrong that their support has virtually broken down?

I thought Mt. Gox was a reputable exchange, and withdrawing BTC is one of the most basic and simple services an exchange performs.
Does it happen more often that they mess up such a simple task? Would be good to know for the future, so that I don`t withdraw large sums in one chunk, and never to temporary adresses - or maybe quit using them altogether.

If so, how do they know your account from the post? There are bunch of waiting people here.

MtGox often seems to be slow. They got less employees and are overloaded most times.
