I've been watching Earthcoin for most of the day today and there's someone slowly and cautiously buying up as much as they can get their hands on in a bunch of small orders.

It looks like this person is trying to buy a lot of it without driving the price up and creating a pump. I'm guessing a pump will soon follow.

Take a look at the order books here:

You can see that there's quite a spread on CoinEx where usually its like 3 satoshi, and even on Cryptsy where it's historically been only 1-2 satoshi for the spread. I saw it get as high as a spread of 15 on Cryptsy for a little bit. You'll also note the 50 BTC leash in the order book which is being used to make sure the price stays stable. Pretty common to see that big of a leash right before a pump starts.

I'm going to try buying a little myself and hope that we see something fun happen soon!

Hi there, the 50BTC order was mine and I'm having a good chuckle at the speculation going on Tongue Just simply buying in for the long run. (Cashed in my Peercoin for EAC). No idea who the little orders are.
