I want to ask about locked accounts.

If There is someone login to my bct account, then he login. Changing email And my password.

There is an email notif from the forum if it can lock the account.
The question I am, how to reopen the account? Because email & password has been replaced by "hackers"?

Are you asking to know the answer or you are asking because you have a main account and the main account got locked?
