If i want to mine solo in cgminer with code

Code:
 cgminer ex: cgminer.exe --scrypt -o localhost:xxx -u **yourusername** -p **password** )

instead of yourusername and password i type what i've typed in xxx.conf?

Code:

rpcuser=userinrpc <-this
rpcpassword=somepassword<-also this Cool
rpcport=xxx
server=1

or am I wrong?
