BTER trade API major bug

Since Bter support is non-existent I thought I would warn people here.
The placeorder API call is broken.  Several times I have received a positive response {"result":true,"order_id":841178,"msg":"Success"} with an order ID when no order has actually been entered into the books.  This is not an acceptable response when the order actually failed.

If you are using the Bter API for trading you have been warned.
