Guess I found a good solution to manage all coins fast:

Twitter:

1. Bookmark all the verified twitter-accounts of your coins. (The veryfied accounts should be listed on coinmarketcap)
2. Copy all postings of them in one text-document, every 14 days. Then search for mainnet, swap, split, fork, wallet, rebrand,...

Coinmarketcap:

1. Bookmark all your coins, and watch the charts every 14 days. Very often there is a notification about forks, swaps,...

Big exchanges:

I`m holding many coins on Binance. I don`t follow them. I guess binance will support all swaps and forks.

No guarantee that you are 100% save with this methods. But this is how I`ll handle the situation.

For twitter, don't we need to click the "load more tweet" or something like that over and over if the account has so many tweet history? Which make the copy all command a little bit ineffective as there is a possibility of old tweet that didn't included on the selection

Yes, you have to scroll down till the last date you checked the postings. I bookmarked the accounts in different folders (5 coins each folder), because If you load more than 7 or 8 accounts at the same time the "load more tweet" does appear.
