my card is asus crosshair z

the second red slot doesn't work only 5 gpu it can detect Sad

its windows 8.1

1000w + 1250w 2x psu

does anyone have idea why

did to non working slot pcie presence short
it worked but still get error code 43 in devices @ win 8.1
