Quesiton on removing restriction posts

When is my noob level removed so I can reply to some other threads, Ive been trying to mine scrypt jane and vertcoin (mining amount in Gh/s and not working for my 7970/280x) and having problems setting it up, including the wallet (no peers, made a new conf file, same issue)

There are no newb restrictions any more and you can reply to all threads now (unless they're locked).
