EtherPIC is a liar and I purchased the item (ACCOUNT MONEY.YANDEX (passport verified) MasterCard × 1) for $23 on his website {https://bitminers.pro/}. It has not been shipped and no items have been received. No refund. I tried to contact them by email and there was no answer.

Why not forbid him? He is deceiving us.

Move this to Scam Accusations and make a proper report.

When the subject of buying BTC with Paypal comes up, I often remember this:

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

You can post all the "scam accusation proper report" stuff you want but it is meaningless since policy here is that scams are never moderated and scammers are never banned.  They are like cockroaches and live here forever.

Scammer don't get banned here. Had you simply read his "TRUST" and noted his locked threads it would have been obvious and you would not have been scammed. Sorry you lost your money but it's pretty much your fault for not R-E-A-D-I-N-G.  It was quite obvious he was a scammer.

You can post all the "anti-scam report" stuff you like but the OP posted in the wrong place.

These people are absolute trash of the earth and should be banned or at least prevented from creating self-moderated and locked threads, yet the moderators don't seem complacent in resolving the issue. They are taking real advertising space away from legitimate sellers as well as capital that could have been put to good use in the bitcoin network, but has instead been scammed away. Despite its decentralized ethos, if we want bitcoin to succeed as a currency, scammers should at least be filtered out of bitcointalk so as to not destroy the reputation of digital currency. Decentralization does not always result in the best outcome. While it may be optimal for a currency or distributed ledger of transactions, it isn't as good for marketplaces where scams such as these run rampant.

This place would be a whole lot better without the locked & self-moderated threads that breed a new generation of scammers.

I don't disagree at all, he did post wrong.  My point was  "the right place" is a waste of time (just as the "wrong place" is as well - except "the right place" is where it should be.  Cheesy) and it makes no difference either way.  This place is a wasteland and having thought about it I also fully understand why the mods don't "moderate" scams.  According to someone knowledgeable about this stuff there can be legal issues involved.

Thank you. I didn't understand until I came here. I don’t think there’s a liar here, it’s safe, but I’m wrong, there’s a liar here and they won’t manage it, allowing the liar to deceive us.
