Yes it is very true and it is very good if it can not be disabled, and it will be a good future to always be used to produce bitcoin.

A high ranked member (well higher than what i have) with post full of shit post, aren't there any sanctions for that?

Yeah ,thanks. I was thinking in this direction too especially the Permanent ban area. Off course, with permanent ban, the account is good as useless to the forum.

Not so sure about that, OP probably use google translate in his post but could also be only a product of wrong grammar and misuse of punctuation marks (for me seems the latter part). Well, I'm getting used to it since I see shitposts everyday created by newbies and jr. Members (but I'm not talking in general) . I know that's toxic yet we can't do anything but just to report them.
