What does Mijn Vastgoed™ strive to do?

Mijn Vastgoed is a dutch initiative, and only focus on the dutch market. We want to make it possible for everyone to invest in real estate. That is why Mijn Vastgoed is developing an online platform where individual investment properties can be divided into blockchain tokens and offered. Platform users are therefore entitled to a part of the rental income and the surplus value when the property is sold. The blockchain tokens can be purchased and traded on the online platform, enabling customers to purchase and sell their real estate investments at lightning speed.

Why is Mijn Vastgoed™ organising a token sale?

The financing for the development of the online platform is done through the issuance of dividend tokens. These dividend tokens entitle the owner to a dividend from the company. By acquiring funds this way, Mijn Vastgoed makes it possible for everyone to invest in the start-up. The dividend tokens must not be confused with the later blockchain tokens that make it possible to invest in an investment property on the online platform.

At the 7th of June Mijn Vastgoed™ is in the final and battles for the title of the best European ICO of 2018. The pitch final takes place during the Blockchain Innovation Conference in the headquarters of the Rabobank in Utrecht.

 

European Pitch ICO Competition
Projects could apply for participation in the European ICO Pitch Competition. A jury, led by renowned publicist and blockchain advisor Richard Kastelein judged the ICO's. Kastelein is founder of Blockchainnews.com and advises blockchain projects world wide. Kastelein also wrote publications about blockchain for Harvard Business Review.

The projects have been judged on concept, professionality and the team. A requirement for participation was that a project had to be European based. Other projects from the top 10 which also battle for the title are Time.Lab (medical), Fissacoin (events) and Icasting (casting).
 

Blockchain Innovation Conference
On the 7th of June the 5th edition of the Blockchain Innovation Conference takes place in the headquarters of the Rabobank in Utrecht. It is the biggest conference on blockchain innovation of the Benelux (Belgium-Netherlands-Luxembourg). This year 500+ participants will be present, representing more than 100 companies. Known and inspiring speakers will be present, like Prince Constatijn, Wiebe Draijer (CEO Rabobank), Frans Kempen (Blockchain Lead IBM) and Janko Gorter (Nederlandse Bank).
