I just requested money from btc-e to be transfered to payeer. It was asking me a purse so I entered my email address which I registered with payeer.com. My btc-e balance has gone 0 but I dont have any funds in my payeer account.

I think you've been scammed. You should probably use sites with established reputations in any future dealings.

no it just took time I got an email from btc-e that it takes upto 24hrs for withdrawal I think. I got the money in payeer.com but I cant pull the money out of there cause of the minimum limit to wire is 100 usd. And for now they are not doing visa transfers.
