There is a lot of account in this forum which is no more active, So there are any rules for deactivation of such account. We should take care of those accounts because they can be misused by the hacker. So can we report such type of active account,  so the moderator can deactivate them until someone claims them with proper proof?

These accounts are just increasing the no of the member because they are not contributing anything.

I believe it already has been deactivated so that nobody is able to hack it. I'm sure if he wanted it back he could easily prove who he was to theymos.

You'll have to get one of the moderators to confirm this but I remember reading somewhere that all the accounts that have been inactive since the 2015 hack are supposed to be locked.

More specifically this image:



It looks like where the hash to satoshi's password is it says "invalid" so that makes me think it's been deliberatly sabotaged so it can't be brute forced.
