I was wondering when the token goes on the exchange as there is a price? who creates it?what does it depend on? Searched in Google anything sensible did not find.

Usually, if the token is listed on the top exchange - the price soars instantly. This is due to the fact that the exchanges are considering their candidates and don't place any "rubbish" on their exchange.
Therefore, instant growth is ensured. But the further course will depend only on the project. (this is in brief). I can still write a lot. Others will complement me, in short.

If you are wondering if there is a listing fee, the answer is yes. This fee depends on the popularity and trading volume of the exchange. If the question is about the price of the token when it reaches an exchange the answer is no, there is not a predetermined price, the price is determined by the market once the token is traded.

There are many exchange listings. And there is also good and bad exchange listings. Generally good and successful ICOs get listed on good exchanges. It depends on how successful the iCO is also market cap and demand.
