in the future they will also be able to mine TX fees.

Everyone's hash power can generate a whole lot more than 50 euros a month, so you'll likely have to up your offer to at least 4 to 6 times that, if you expect anyone to bite. Unless you are willing to have me mine with 1 thread on my i7-3770k, I'll take 50 euros for that.
