bad or good bounty manager

dear all
some of  bounty managers causes the lost of many bounty participants's effort by not do their job
as it should be done , they didn't record the entries of participants
this thread will be for promoting good and bad bounty managers in order to save the effort of participants
all suggestions are welcomed
