Detailed reporter statistics

Hello all,
I've noticed some people have access to a more detailed list of the reports they have made.  Many have mentioned that there is a link on the "report to moderator" page labeled "Your Report History" and I've seen a screen shot of some users' statistic page that has that link.  I seem to be missing this feature.  Does it have to do with my rank, or the lack of reports I've made?

The latter. You need 300 (IIRC) good reports to have that.
