Yes there are many groups for bounty hunters, you have not specified the social media you are looking at for such groups, personally i have been part of such groups in telegram and fb and there are many many more, you can find them if you search them.

You can go through the announcement channel of this forum or probably follow a bounty campaign manager and there group online
