Just started to see these on eBay and they seem to be a pretty good miner for what power they use. I searched here for a group buy or anyone thats has links to buy them and didnt find much. Was there only a limited production or is everyone just mining with them and not trying to sale them ?? For how popular the antminer S1 has been I would think these being they use even less power would be more popular.. I put a link for a eBay auction that is available for shipping now. All the specs and info about the miner is in the eBay post. If anyone has info on getting these direct or from a trusted supplier please PM me or post on here !! Thx !!

Wow that's been out for at least three months (12/4/13 on the ebay screen shot) and I've never seen or heard about it on here?

I'm guessing it's 150w for both blades but even still that's pretty dam good!

The main reason people aren't manufacturing them is that getting the bitfury chips is almost impossible now.

Message me if you have any problems

I've got one.  It's OK, but it's not the most reliable thing.

They pretend to be an Avalon, which is totally bizarre.  cgminer does support them.

Mine does freak out quite a bit, it either just stops hashing, ZOMBIES, goes totally dead, or hangs up then turns its fan off and heats up to about 120C.  I get about 51GH out of mine, at 275MHz/1.1V.  It's got it's own PSU, so it's not a power issue as far as I can tell.

I have something similar for sale, but not shipping to the US, I don't want export hassles. See my signature if you're in the EU.

If they are unreliable it's because they have been oveclocked too far. 45GH/0.9V is more stable for 16 bitfury chips.
I have no problems, my Hex16B's are rock solid reliable, and they are as power efficient as many of early 28nm efforts I've seen.

Man you gotta be paying some serious dough for electricity for this to beat an antminer.  You can buy the same hashing power using 360w right now for about $600 less than this (1.45btc).

Or am I missing something?

You aren't missing anything, except availability and size plays against them also.  If I wanted to I could order 18 terrahashes of antminer right now i would have it in my hand before the end of the week, and It would take up half the space.
