Anyone else read this yesterday? https://www.forbes.com/forbes/welcome/?toURL=https://www.forbes.com/sites/rachelwolfson/2018/06/05/former-nba-commissioner-emerges-from-retirement-to-back-cryptocurrency-for-the-sports-industry/&refURL=&referrer=

Hear me out... at face value, I didn't know what to think, but after looking into this a bit more, I have to think that this might be a big turning point for the blockchain conversation, whether you fuck with sports, sports streaming or not.

The article to me proves a couple things: 1.) People care about how Ethereum can affect enterprise and industry even when they don't understand the intrinsic value of Bitcoin and 2.) Ethereum projects like the Stern-backed FanChain might be the way to bridge two worlds.

Either way, go Cavs lol

edit: Forgive me if this is not the right place for this. I came from r/NBA on reddit lol

Well you mentioned Ethereum and ETH is an alt so your not too far off. May get re-routed to off topic eventually but depends on the discussion I think. It is good though that an older person such as Stern can see through the tulip bs after being presented with quality information. It is sad however, that most individuals won't go that far in doing diligence and will simply eat the propaganda that is the tulip story Undecided.

That's why we're excited about FanChain -- very few topics are as mainstream or as global as sports. The cross-over between sports and crypto has the potential to expand adoption to new audiences... and quickly.
