THIS MESSAGE IS FOR ALL THE DUMBFUCKS LIKE ME WHO THINK PLAYING AT VEGASCASINO.IO IS A SMART CHOICE....WRONG

Ok so being the not smart man that I am I decided to play a little ad VegasCasino.io without reading the reviews...mistake

I made an account And deposited some Btc. I got the deposit bonus. Everything working as if should. I do fairly well, play through the Play Through for the bonus and I finish it with around 100mbit or so, definitely not a huge amount but not small either. Now This is where VEGASCASINO.io really started to bullshit. I go to withdraw some of the btc and I get an email saying my withdraw has been put in queue. So I wait and wait and wait over an hour and nothing. I message support and he says “our finance office is looking at it” (btw I’m pretty sure the finance office, the security office and anything else’s they say is bullshit, there is just one guy). So I wait and wait and wait for another another hour, surely it doesn’t take this long to look at it (what they are looking at I don’t know exactly and was never explained. They can’t seem to ever explain what they are doing or what they are looking for.

So I get an email asking for KYC ( ok kyc is bullshit and we all know it. It’s just an excuse or casinos to fuck you over). I send in all the info they asked for. The only only is I just moved to Texas and got a license here. They take my old license and give me a temporary one until mine gets in the mail. All officially from Texas. Along with my temporary license pictures I send in a picture I had of my old license the one just turned in. They email me back saying my license isn’t valid. And I response by asking, if I can use my temporary one anywhere in Texas and the US as a valid form of ID then what makes it not a valid ID. I can’t control that Texas took my license, but what they gave me IS VALID. That is also why I sent in picture of my old license as well. They don’t no response back. I sent another email asking please just answer my question. If Texas says it’s a valid form of ID how can you say it’s not. Nothing back. At this point I’m messaging support and they are saying it’s the security team they have no idea. I ask him to call them or figure out the deal. Nope. At that point my account gets disabled. And thy tell me I just need to wait. Wait on what exactly I have no idea, they won’t tell me. No email back from the “security team” **cough cough bullshit**.

So they are trying to screw me out of my money. They won’t respond to my messages anymore. They won’t even give me back my deposit. They are cheaters and mad I hit a little.

Summary:
VEGASCASINO stole my money, won’t respond back to me and won’t even give me back my deposit. They are cheaters, they are thieves and they are cowards.

VTHIS IS A WARNING TO ALL WHO DONT KNOW YET. VEGASCASINO.IO WILL STEAL FROM YOU AND DISABLE YOUR ACCOUNT. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS. CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNTS.  CHEATERS AND THEIFS LIKE THIS SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. Thanks VEGASCASINO you really fucked me good you cheating cowards

That usually happens. Online casinos, not only fiat ones, make it very easy to deposit but when it comes to withdraw it is more difficult.

I don’t think they are scammers, 100 mbtc is nothing for an online casino but they are trying to comply with regulations and they are not in a hurry to give you the money.

Of course they are scammers if they do that when they aren't "Trying to comply with regulations". Take a look at the casino - they aren't regulated, not even licensed... accepting US players, what regulatory jurisdiction could they possibly be under? It's the same modus operandi for many casinos - allow deposits, give issues at withdrawal. KYC is an excuse, because they're not even regulated.

Blacklisted on askgamblers and with multiple complaints lodged on this forum.

@OP not sure how much you deposited but you're probably not getting it back. Lesson learnt, hopefully?

Good that you finally realised.I wonder why did you even chose to play on that shit when you had better options around? Please create a new thread in the scam accusation section with the relevant proofs so it can be used by other noobs as a reference.

Their partner websites -

sportsbet.io
bitcasino.io

Playing here is as good as looking forward to get scammed.

totally true , a regulated site won't bother even allowing certain members to register
that's the case for me with most of the fiat sites , they don't even allow me to sign up even if they offer play money games but the whole thing with Vegascasino is shady just like bitstarz they hate paying out winners

to OP , you should post some screenshots of the conversation to make your statement official and I'm sure Vegascasino will get tagged

Bolded part. This is how the system goes nowadays with these casinos not licensed but totally doesnt have any limitation or restriction when it comes to its players no matter which place they do locate on. True story about they are just doing an issue once you do request a withdrawal. We have seen deposit issues arent rampant but when it comes to withdrawals there are lots of them and it turns this is already common thing for them to do. Simple research wont really cost a leg, if you dont like to get hassled then better do your part on the very first place.

it would be better to look at the scam accusation before you gamble, so it will not get stuck in a situation like now ,, some sites have been proven with the real relevant evidence, that they do a scamer. both for you to have a site that has positive feedback so that you risk being tricked into becoming less

The solution of your problem is very easy and simple: If you are allowed to deposit and lose without KYC, then you are also allowed to withdraw winnings without KYC! Roll Eyes

However, if you did not put vegascasino scam or bitcasino scam or sportsbet scam into google prior to making a deposit, then unfortunately it is your fault.

Well, now you know. Just a simple google vegascasino.io site:bitcointalk.org revealed plenty of stories.
Of course, many cheaters tend to also complain, that's why you have to carefully read the accusations, but really, there are plenty of legit and paying casinos around, how did you get to pick this...?
As I said. Now you know. Next time chose a better casino. Sorry for the loss Sad
