It works, but the site is under construction. When I open the site it says:
We're coming soon! We're working hard to give you the best experience!

I think it's a great idea, provided that you do enough advertising to create traffic. The problem with these sites is that you depend on other people to put up job ofers, so no initial traffic= no offers= site remains useless. I'll be watching this, I could use a small side job paid with cryptocurrency.

Yes the site is work when I visit it but still under construction so no further information collected, I am not sure if visit such site which is under construction can be a valid traffic except internally set up.

Job site seems pretty normal one but equal one to regular job listing site mate. There is lack in listing number of jobs, please look around the many freelance job and list all them here. Hope you will get many visitors and ad campaigns to your website.
Without ads we cannot survive with the website for earning dependencies so keep that update on your site. You can get the job and crypto ads in your website.

I think it is an online job because I doubt that there are real life jobs that pay with bitcoin. But if that does exist, then it is quite impressive. Added to that statement, I think the OP is really doing a good job by giving people opportunities to work. I hope he does not turn out to be a scammer who does not pay people. The idea is awesome and it will be more awesome if the OP is serious because he will be saving many people's lives.
