I've tried to use sites like that a few times. Everytime I do, my Bitcoins get held in escrow for hours on end simply because I messaged a guy about a trade. I can't stand that. I start to do a trade and guy never answers me back and I don't have access to my coins for hours.

Maybe try one of your Countries Cryptocurrency Exchanges, I have a few in my Country that exchange BTC, LTC, ETH, etc into AUD, NZD, USD and vice-versa (Buy/Sell from an order book or on-demand at their listed price) and then you can withdraw to your Bank *Normal Banking Times Apply for Withdrawals*

*Note there is KYC (Know-Your-Customer) Requirements & they have increased in the most recent months Exchange/s Wide ever so much more since the 2017-2018 rise... make sure you pay your taxes when applicable
