Yesterday evening i opened an account on BTC-E.com
I Went to the deposit page and got a new wallet address.

I deposited 0.5xxx bitcoin to the site but i didn't see it on my account.
After a couple of hours i decided to open a ticket and now they claim my deposit never arrived on the site.

When i go to the BTC wallet , the address has changed from the original one yesterday everning.

I feel robbed !!!

Is there anyone who has got a solution for this?  Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh

in the last few days, they had some issues with BTC deposits. Like BTC were arrived but didt show up on page.

So it could be the same issue, write them your address, and ask them to check it.

well i dont know, but why would such an big exchange, that makes thousands of dollars in fees from trading should steel 0,5 BTC from someone and risk their reputation. Maybe you just got hacked? Or misspelled the address. If it is one of their addresses then the coins should move from there to one of their main wallets. You could do some detective work by trying to figure out what other wallets they have, and if your coines moved to one of that addresses from the one you send your coins too. Than you could proof it to them that you realy send them the coins, to one of their adesses

I guess you were actually robbed then (but almost certainly not by BTC-e, unless they ran into some severe technical glitch - check their forums for identical issues of other users for signs of such troubles).

You should seriously scan your system for malware/keyloggers etc. of any kind. Also try to remember some of the things you downloaded/installed last and what type of Websites you visited (potential Drive-By downloads).

This forum signature is like its owner - it can't be bought

I have no malware/keylogers on my *nix system. And i didn't steal/install any new apps lately. I also didn't mistype as i simply copied and pasted the address which was on the webpage of the wallet.
I have traced the transfer to an address that hasn't been used yet. It still looks like a software address generating error.

When i have a look at the bitchainblocks the amount of bitcoin is still unspent.

It still looks like an error on BTC-E's side.

I'm 100% sure that the problem is BTC-E.
They lost my BTC ... and don't seem to find where they have put it.
