The demand for bitcoin is increasing. Bitcoin has become the foremost way of investment not only for the business owners but also for the job seekers. As per the recent study, almost 30% of Millennials would prefer having a thousand dollars worth of Bitcoin than stocks or bonds.
For the First-Time Investors, it would be a little bit better if they start off with the downside. Bitcoin is much less risky than other cryptocurrencies. Moreover,  a lot of first-time investors who begin with cryptocurrencies have a very limited perception of risk.  Few months back there really hasn't been that many big draw downs in Bitcoin that haven't been immediately reversed and we don't know maybe that same thing is  gonna happen here as well so a lot of them have profits that outweigh their initial investments in a ratio of ten to one meaning that even if the market saw a decline of 80 percent they still would have performed or outperformed by investing in Bitcoins.

Crypto is not an investment, especially for first time risk takers.

If you want to treat it as an investment then do your homework to know all the risks associated when you put money on it. Just because crypto especially bitcoin has a potential to double or triple your investment, same scenario can happened when you loss.

While encouraging others to put money on crypto, always enlightened them that take their crypto journey into long term and don't expect an overnight profit overnight. Make room for studying strategies along the way on how to deal with those risks.

Bitcoin is much less risky than other cryptocurrencies.

Yes but still don't take the word "risk" lightly especially in cryptocurrencies. If you not able to play it right, you will be wrecked.

... Bitcoin is much less risky than other cryptocurrencies. Moreover,  a lot of first-time investors who begin with cryptocurrencies have a very limited perception of risk ...
Yes, bitcoin is the most suitable for first time investors than another altcoin, and the reason you already know it in your underline sentences.
So if you are the first time investor,
- first you should study how to allocate your assets based on your risk tolerance. Set a stop-loss level to avoid financial collapses. A stop-loss is the level of loss where the trade will get closed.
- second, use your only second capital, not your main capital, because in any investment there always have a risk, and if you loss you still can continue your life.
- third, and maybe the most important,, always study and follow the news about bitcoin it self. because knowledge is very important, like proverb you cannot buying a cat in a sack. or buying without knowing.
Hope this can help you, good luck.

Bitcoin is not the best investment for beginners because Bitcoin is now very expensive. I don't think beginners should invest too much in initial funding!

Bitcoin is not the best investment for beginners because Bitcoin is now very expensive. I don't think beginners should invest too much in initial funding!

i am a total beginner to BTC, I remember when i charged my client 3 years ago in BTC, then i went like a fool and cashed it out, it never occured to me if i HODL those BTC they might go UP in value, back then it was only 300$, then it went up to 1k$+, i felt like shit really ! After a year or so it went to 19k$ !!...

Now the talks that BTC will reach 100k $ late 2018/beginning of 2019, i have a strong feeling this will happen, so thinking to invest my savings and buy BTC, who knows maybe soon ill be able to cash out this money and strike luck !...

Bitcoin price was $20k in the end of last year, now it's only $6500, so, it's expensive? And if you can't afford you don't have to buy full 1 Bitcoin, you can buy smaller part of BTC like 0.1, 0.05 and etc. So, it's not a reason why Bitcoin isn't good investment for beginners.

I can't tell is it Bitcoin good investment for beginners or no. Every investment have risks, before investing you need to know about it and never invest more than you afford to lose.

Bitcoin is risky so it is always advisable to read, learn and understand what it is about before a newbie starts buying or trading bitcoins. It is very unpredictable and you can lose a large amount of money if you are not careful and patient enough. There are also a lot of hackers and scammers around so if you are impatient, then perhaps bitcoin may not be a good choice as an investment.

What do you mean by perfect ?
If perfect than other altcoin, the answer is yes, because bitcoin more stable than another alt coin. And bitcoin can be long term investment than another alt coin.
But in the investment there is always have a risk, so you must prepare anything that could happen in the future. Don't put all your eggs in one basket.

It was several years ago, but atm this is a very risky choice, as we see in recent days (almost for half a year  Grin), better to start with safety markets, where +-10% per day is abnormal

IMO, it is not, and it shouldn't be considered as a solid investment in the first place.

Some newbie investors who made it big are in the game at the right time, when everything is going nuts towards a new ATH. Right now, with the current situation of bitcoin being uncertain, newbie traders would likely develop anxiety for their funds rather than earn profit within a few weeks/months. At best, newbies can check the stock market scene and mutual funds on their local rather than jumping directly to an extremely risky investment/asset just because the gains portrayed are promising and lucrative.

Bitcoin should be every first time Crypto currency investors first choice. We recently saw a bloodbath in the Alt coin scene and

this will just continue, once people realize that these Alt coins have little to no use case and also adoption. A lot of these Alt

coins are mostly speculation driven and nobody is actually using it for anything else. Yes, there are a few exceptions like

LiteCoin / Ripple / Ethereum / Dash and Monero, but the use case for them are mostly limited to a few applications or buying

some novelty items on some obscure sites.  Roll Eyes

Most of the beginning cryptocurrency enthusiasts prefer exchange trade as it is the most intriguing and dynamic way of earnings of digital currency. If you are hazardous and you like to rely on the intuition, then stock market game will become for you the ideal choice. You will surely achieve success in this field if learn to bowl off and control the emotions in time. But you remember that you can risk only those means which you if something happens can lose. Especially it isn't necessary to take for exchange speculation the credit on the security of the apartment. This invention can be come very to a bad end for you. In the long term, it would be quite good to be engaged in self-education to stake on the basis of objective factors, but not the blind assumptions.)

The best way for a newbie to invest is in BTC for a start.
As times goes on, he can reduce it to be 50% wile he spreads the other 50% on altscoins.
