I bought 15000 EOS tokens in mid-May and put them on my ERC20 wallets. I could not activate these wallets until June 2 due to some life circumstance. Now I have 15000 tokens which I can’t use, as a result.

I contacted block one regarding this issue and their answer was they couldn’t help me and I just have to hope that EOS community would activate unregistered addresses someday(it's great! they raised $ 4 billion, but now the community must solve their problems). They answered me
>"Thank you for contacting us. Have a good day!"
at the end of the letter... for my 30 bitcoins which I invested in them while buying their tokens... a little over a month ago

Of course, someone will say that all was specified in the rules and it’s my fault I have lost everything. But this is not just a game where someone writes an interesting scenario while others become winners and losers. Everyone is responsible for something he sells. And every contract can be recognized as contradicting the law in some cases - this must always be borne in mind.

* Some words may be not entirely accurate from a legal point of view, but this doesn’t matter now. The situation essence is important. I know well the fact ICO organizers are always willing to absolve themselves of any responsibility.

1. The company sold tokens for 4 billion dollars.

2. This money includes mine. I'm not received tokens as a result of mining. I bought these tokens from them, just made it through a chain of third parties.

3. But my 15000 EOS burned and their dollar equivalent remained. This is rather convenient for the seller, but not for the buyer.

4. This company is well aware of the tokens amount issued. Anyway, each token should be replaced by EOS MAINNET (if developers are honest and decent people). I.e. each token must be provided with EOS MAINNET.

5. They had to foresee there will always be some percentage of latecomers. They could create a fund for the permanent tokens exchange for EOS MAINNET or create some other mechanism for this. This is not some kind of additional EOS MAINNET emission: these coins have already been paid for while buying tokens (we honestly paid for them. and the organizers of the ICO received money for them).

6. I don’t mean a small group of some enthusiasts who could forget something. I talk about a serious large company which raised $4 billion. And if this company does not protect the funds of people who have invested in it - this is a crime.

I would like to find absolutely all people who did not manage to register their accounts and are in the same situation as me. Your losses amount is not important. Only the country of your residence and citizenship matter.

It seems only the court can help us.
