HELP Mining with xfx r9 280x tdfd

I've an r9 280x for mining scrypt based coins..

 I use windows 7 ultimate 64bit

C:\cgminer\cgminer.exe --scrypt  -o stratum+tcp://poolurl:port -u username.workername -p password -I 13 -g 2 -w 256 --thread-concurrency 8192 --gpu-powertune 20

I get only around 670KH/s but the reported hash values is around 720 Kh/s and I see many people mining @ 800+KH/s with the same card..! How to undervolt it ?
I get some box (http://i.snag.gy/MzSQp.jpg).. Is that normal ? Any configurations are settings to get 800+kh/s ?

If your using the rig while mining the hash rate will be a bit lower.
What are your core/mem speeds? The boxes look like artifacts maybe the clocks are too high.
What are your temps for the GPU/VRM? The card might be throttling.
What driver version are you using?
I have 1 of those cards in one of my rigs. I can only get 700-720 kh/s without the card's VRMs overheating.

I can't even get 700KH/s! I use default asus GPU tweak settings..!

what are the other settings you use in cgminer?

My settings:
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
-I 13 -g 2 -w 256 --thread-concurrency 8192 --auto-fan --gpu-memclock 1500 --gpu-engine 300-1070 --gpu-powertune -20 --lookup-gap 2 --auto-gpu

That gets me 710kh/s

I remember seeing some custom .bin files out there for the 7970/280x. They are supposed to get more out of the cards.

try 8191 with 1065 / 1500

no powertune, no auto gpu. Getting stable 745 to 750 on < 70 ish degrees
