There is still not very good dex exchange.
At the moment you can use CryptoBridge (have some issues)

ForkDelta will always be my choice and the exchange keep improving on a daily basis.
Again, it has an appreciable volume compared to others.

May I know what do you mean by a decentralized exchange? I believe most crypto exchanges are by default not centralised?
