I think. everyone has a law if someone runs a business. whether it's an economic business or a coin business. If we do not have a legal umbrella. Then there will be no more coin transactions. All bitcoin users will be caught. unless they use illegal transactions. that is what has no legal umbrella

sources I found.
there are countries like Switzerland looking for opportunities in the rapidly growing economic decentralization market with their main branch, early coin offerings (ICO), Blockchain, joint economics and other digital business models.
As a barometer of recognized beliefs and political decentralization, Switzerland for the first time held d10e, a series of major conferences on economic decentralization from 11-14 November 2017.
The partners and initiators of the conference in Davos are the SmartOne Foundation, which aims to integrate sector laws into the revolutionary development blockchain technology and facilitate access to legal services for the crypto community.
and in my country. I have not found a legal umbrella for crypto users if there is a problem. trying to find a safe way. that's my opinion.

I think theres no use if i will have any  shield to protect my bitcoin most especially if the governments is the main problem.Although it is decentralized but the government could give its regulations to users of bitcoin.I think as users we will just go with the flow but we were hoping that they  will see how greatful we are of having an existed digital currency that everyone could used it without exemptions.

Absolutely nothing as of the moment so if your looking for a legal umbrella with an investment then these is not for you and better look for something else which you think you are safer.  Like many others we survived through a sheer of luck and faith and perseverance. This are hard core if you want to last long and profit in this industry.
