I see no problem with the fluctuations of bitcoin. If you look at it, it actually is slowly growing. This is normal movement of bitcoin. We will have to wait for developers to make something that would entice investors. There has been a lot of changes and updates that needs to be addressed. I hope the developers will work on it so we can attract more investors.
