When will Exchanges pay us interest for our risk?

I don't expect too much in exchanges, simply menghilankan fee for every transaction that is done is enough for me. I appreciate your opinion of how we are taking a big risk in this crypto world. and they, exchange, don't reward us for the risks we take and they still receive a fee from us every time we make a transaction.
