CampBX Money Orders

Has anyone had luck with receiving money orders via CampBX? This is their only method of withdrawal, and I'd rather not test the BTC Market right now. They've been holding on to my money since January 8th with failed ACH transfers (to a bank I've used before with CampBX) and I finally learned of their banking issues on the 31st. Seeing as how BTC has dropped 23% in about a week or so I'm not too happy with being forced to lose 1/5 of my money in order to make a withdrawal, which is what their customer service suggested I do. Had I done that (who knows how long it would take to sell BTC on that exchange right now) I most definitely would have lost money.

The issue I'm having with the money order -- aside from it being $20 for a $2 service -- is that they don't provide any photocopies of the money order or proof that it was ever sent, ie. tracking numbers. For $20 I'd say paying a couple extra bucks to provide tracking shouldn't be a big deal. Hell make it $22.

I wouldn't be opposed to just taking a chance on it, but I'd like to see if anyone else here has dealt with them in this regard. I've heard of successful money order deposits, but that's a lot different than blindly waiting for money in the mail with no proof that it ever existed in the first place. They really could just withdrawal a person's money, say they sent it, and go "we're sorry you never received it".
