Looking for developer to help build a custom merchant integration service

I work with a company that automates co-payments at pharmacies and could integrate bitcoin as a payment method for 60,000+ retail locations.

We have limited bandwidth and are looking for a developer or two to help us do the bitcoin integration and then extend it to other niches. Somebody based near New York or Philadelphia would be great but not required.
