When is volume highest during the day?

I want to know when volume is highest as it provides the highest liquidity, if possible please provide the time with the timezone and exchange.

Saturday and Sunday mostly.
I don't know who's time is this or is this the time where people are awake.
I have seen bitcoin fluctuate like crazy within those hours until 7pm forum time. Something like 200-500 USD.
This cannot be explained since we all have different time frames.
