Someone sent me this ICO to check (Beaxy) and I sent him a summary review so I will post it here too. Maybe someone can benefit from it. It's an objective review. Won't be investing in it myself. I may have missed some points too and sorry if I did, will correct it if anyone mentions it.

They have a comparison chart that says instant deposits and other factors and to me, they aren't really a big factor but an average investor loves those charts. 7/24 customer supports good though. However, I am not sure how effective it would be.

Here is the chart:

Staking only gives 10-25% extra discount on trading with different tiers but would people really lock their tokens for 10%-25% discount? You need to hold for at least a month for the 15% discount and 6 months for 25%. That’s a very long time in crypto. You only stake to get a discount, you don’t really earn from it otherwise.

They will also host ICOs so that’s good.

I wish more VCs invested in them but on their sheet, it says they will present it to some VC’s. They have a demo. 24/7 live support is necessary for this sector. They have reserved a good amount reserved for marketing too.

Hardcap shows as 30m in their bitcointalk thread but 19m in other places. Public sale will have a max contribution of 25k per person. There is no unmet demand in crowd sale so who is gonna buy them off exchanges? It’s an exchange though and they perform the best but I'm not sure in this case unless you will be in it for the long term. I don’t think this would be suitable for flipping - only based on the 25k allocation in crowd sale - unless they limit the whitelist a lot which I doubt because not everyone will contribute 25k so they’ll have a lot of whitelisted people to fill the hardcap.

Seed investors will have 75% of their tokens unlocked with crowdsale - same with private investors. This also means bad for short term. After 3 months, the coins in circulation nearly doubles. 68% of the supply will be in circulation by 3 months and on first day, 38% of them so more than 1/3rd of the tokens in circulation the first day. I don't find this coin suitable for short term investment, we might catch it under ICO price in this market. I like how transparent they are about their lockups and stuff though.
