Is it useful to use an exchange with free transactions such as bitcoin-central.net, intersango.com or bitmarket.eu?  Preferably one with best reputation, reliability, security, stability, etc?  Or is it most important to make use of exchange with largest volume regardless of reputation, reliability, security, stability, etc?  Perhaps allow customers to select which exchange market for you to use?
