Hi All,
Some monkey in the office has flashed 2 ant miners (s9 & a3) with the wrong firmware and now I can't restore the correct firmware.

Can someone tell me how I recover or correct this issue please.

Thanks

When I try and upload a new firmware (the correct one) the page just returns blank - Is there anyway to fully restore the machine using the SD card?

there should be somewhere a hidden reset button hole which you need to press with a paperclip, maybe this helps

It only has links to a few miners - one of these is an S9 and the other is A3 unit which is has been bricked. Will these tools work?

The first two options should work on all antminers and the third will very likely work on all newer devices.  I know you have basically already said you tried the second one but have you tried the first one?  That has been the most successful for me when I have had weird issues.
