...are 75w drawn through the PCIe 1x slot (so that it's actually beeing overcurrent) or is it still limited to 25w, so that the missing 50W are provided by the 6-PIN PEG-plugs on the GPU's board?

It may draw up to 75W, if you are using 2-3 cards, you may be probably fine, if more start to think of powered risers.
