Anyone else notice the USD margin between countries on Localbitcoins?

Germany, for example is pretty much always tracking Bitstamp spot very closely & Norway commands a $60 - $95 margin consistently.

So wouldn't it be cheaper to buy via EUR (in this example) IMT?

Save out on the Exchange fees?
