Hi Guys! Long time lurker here and ive just created an account to seek some help about an issue on my antminer. In the inserted image you can see in the ASIC section how the 0's are incomplete and, in the the hashes section, how they are soooo low. Have anyone had got this issue? If so, how can it be fixed? I dont want to give up on it yet until im sure that this problem is unfixable. Thanks for reading and have a nice day.

There are some possible reasons why the hashrate drop or one of the hashboard is zero. Check this problem and solution

Or post your kernel logs here I will try to analyze the problem and give you some solution.

You can find the kernel logs under system>kernel logs then paste it here as a code.

Oh - and when asking help questions a LOT more info would be nice such as:
Make and model of miner?
Bought new or used?
PSU used and what your AC power is?
Temps where the miners are?
Screen shot of the miner status page.

For the most part the kernal logs are useless...

The above post is right you should use the code button # you can find it while you are making a message here on the forum.
And Agree about more additional info for both "miner's status" and "PSU and outlet voltage(110v or 240v)"

- Try to hard reset the miner you can follow the guide from here How to reset miner to factory settings
Ignore the 2nd method then set the pool again(Make sure no spaces when pasting the pool) and then test. If not work try to use ping button under the network then diagnostic to check if the miner is receiving data to the internet. if the ping is fine then do the next step below.

- Can you do some test? Check this guide: Test hash board one by one
After that, if all hashboard is fine when running it one by one possible the PSU not giving enough power.

- Check the PSU if it gives you enough power If you have multi-tester you can test the output voltage it should be 12v.

It is all in the kernel log.

Code:
J7 has 0 asics

This means the board which data cable goes to j7 (usually middle) is toasted.

Code:
J8 has 23 asics

A good hash board must have 63 asics in order for it to provide 1/3 of the total hash rate, so with those a few asics, this is all you going to get.

You should try Bitmaxz suggestions, but your chances are slim to nothing.

Also you have a missing board (j6) usually the one the hand right side when you looking at the miner from the back side, it is either the data cable or 6pin not plugged right.

Since this is a new miner, i am betting on the PSU , you need to try another working PSU.

The probability of these hash boards being burnt is still there tho, and usually there isn't much to do about them, but before going any further i would test the gear with a working PSU.

Make sure your PSU is good and is running on at least 200V rather than 110. Otherwise, it's definitely an issue with the boards. Maybe since it's new you could take them up on the warranty?

Ignore scammers on Skype, Telegram, etc. I will only ever contact you via forum PMs. See profile for fingerprint.
