I dont understand bitcointalk why doesnt ban this rat? Along with his ip?

But the site lets him operate and helps him scam new people week by week with option that only members can see his trustscore..but topic can read anybody...


Why his topic is still here? Why can he leave new post every second day? But why cant anybody else leave post in his topic?

This makes sense that bitcointalk is partner of these scams or at least btctalk gives place for scammers...
