Antminer S7 startup/boot fan speed

Hello, everytime the Antminer S7 boots/starts up, it will kick the fan speed to 100% between 10-30 seconds before it sets the fan speed to what i choose on settings, i'm looking for all the possible solutions to avoid that so when the miner boots it does starts the fans speed to a given % inmediately.

Sorry you are just gonna have to deal with it. Its part of the system booting up, checking that the fan is fully working.
