npxs dsitribution mishap

According to this schedule, npxs is supposed to be distributed at 7.x % until Dec 2018.
I had occasionally been transferring my NPXS tokens between my binance and bancor.network accounts.
While in bancor.network, the distribution appears to have been done as scheduled but I preferred to hold in a binance but once the NPXS are transferred to binance account, the distribution appears very erratic. Sometimes it does not seem to deposit or late.
For the 9/30/2018 distribution, it did not take place at all while in binance and I decided to transfer to my bancor.network to see if transfer takes place. Upon loggin onto bancor.netwokr account, I noticed that despite being empty, there has been about 11000 NPXS has been deposit at 28$. That is ~1.1% of my total NPXS I am holding (870,000). I am wondering what is going on?

Binance do distribution on 14th of every month and after new Airdrop rules binance make their own rules for airdrop. So it is better to hold in wallet with private key to get full Airdrop of 7.3%.

i got message from support, which i have no time to ingest and deal with. Moved all back to bancor.
