This question is simple because it can not be stored. No digital wallet information matches this information if you did not record it. You do not need to enter your e-mail address or any other information for any wallet. If you do not publish your wallet address with your name, no one can access it directly.
However, it is debating whether to bring a legal review because it disturbed some states. In addition, intelligence agencies are working to develop various technologies to match the identity of people with Bitcoin addresses.

btc is anonymous, if you do not self-disclose information then no one can intervene, including the government?

If BitCoin becomes legal as a result of these studies, I support the identification of user addresses.

Bitcoin transaction are very secure and safe as they are really hard to track by any traitor. The holder should surely take some initial measure in storing and transferring it as a leak in the transaction would be very risky. So, if the transactions are made in safe environment than it is very hard to hack bitcoin.
