I think this is very important question and every one should discuss this to find a way out of this as the hacking with bitcoin is become so easy and then the fraud that every third person in the bitcoin is suffered by this fraud and I have my personal experience for this as I once tried to buy one bitcoin account and then in return I paid them in bitcoin, they promised me to give me my account information but they did fraud with me and I lost me bitcoins worth 12000INR so I think this thing needs to be fix out in this bitcoin world.
