How much money do you invest in alt coins?

as a newbie and still studying how trading can be profitable,I 've invested  96dollars for my poloniex account and I lost about 20dollar due to buying high and selling low as a result of  fear of more loss but when I discovered that patient is the key to make profit in altcoin,I decided to wait and right now I am having 110dollar but will invest more at the end of this month because I now understand how the game is been played

Yes Patience is a key for the success in altcoin trading . When I was in the starting of trading then I also got some Loss because I bought at high rate and sell at low rate and that results in to loss .
But after that mistake I never found any loss in my trading job with altcoin . So you should have patience until the price of the altcoin get rise  .
Here I already invested about 1000$+ in the trading at about 3 exchange , and I don't have any fear to loss my money in the altcoin trading because I know that with the time everything will change in the market .
But here I didn't invested my all money in the particular altcoin .
My investment in the dgb , Putin , creva , eth , ripple , edr2, doge , litecoin , posw , 808 , 888 , xbt etc in small small amount  , so investment in multiple altcoin lowers the chances of loss .

My first investment was few 42 usd, and after few days they were 62 usd then after few days i were invest more almost .3btc there was some growth and I have few 1000 usd in alts. I were make a good profit but now i am in almost 50% loss due to bitcoin segwet hype. I will wait and will get a profit.

If you dont have patience on doing trading then most of the time you will surely lose up money because this is how trading works the impatient you are the more the risk on losing up funds. Same here, i did make the same mistake when i was just still a newbie on where i do sell low and buy on highs because of lack of knowledge but later on i gained experience and knowledge and now somehow patch up the loses that i made on the past. Currently im holding up on 5 altcoin which most of them are on the top spots on coinmarketcap.

I invested 50 bucks for the alt coins and it is actually doing well.My minimum investment is actually 50 bucks and once I earn from it I reinvest it again so that the cycle wouldn't end.Luckily I didn't invest much on Eth because of the news right now.

im wondering how much do you guys invest in alt coins and how many different alts do you have?

I invest all of my savings in altcoins and bitcoin and i only have 5 altcoins in my portfolio and some of them already made me feel like a millionaire because of the 1000%+ gains from my investment for the past 2 years. Bitcoin and other altcoins will probably make me a rich person who can buy lambos and raris after a few more years of holding.

Not quite a lot, but since a lot of coins are dumped, so I slightly increase my investment and hope to get good results when the coins start and will pump again.

For me it's 60% BTC and ETH, 40% altcoins... of course allocation changes depending on performance.

It depends on you. And it depends on the money that you are holding If you have such money then invest some on btc then invest some on alt coins too. All things depends on you.

I think the more important thing before investment is you must have any plan or strategy that how you can put your investment and which method of trading you choose, I think there are two things one is you invest your all money in one coin, I think don’t put your all eggs in one basket is good quote, that is why I think and I do another thing is that put all your investment in 3 or more than 3 different coins,

I invested about $130 for 2 alts. And I am actually not making any profit at all. At this state of the market alts and other major coins are declining so I suggest you to invest. I have like 70 kinds of alts in my wallet but of most them are mostly likely shitcoins. Good quality coins can be counted in hand's finger.

I think around one hundred US dollar will do regarding how much do you invest in alternativecoins and it is a good amount to start an investment to be profitable enough when the right time comes..
