I don't really understand why people need your platform? All the problems that you mentioned in this thread are correlated with regular start-ups, not crypto. For crypto start-ups we have Ethereum and only the project team can decide what to do with raised funds. So what problem are you trying to solve? A non-existent? Ethereum network itself is well fitted to do the same what you offer.

indeed I don't fully understand this project, but as they explained in the picture, maybe they will build a platform that can be trusted and help startups, investors and vc funds to achieve their goals.
