what is the best collateral accept here??

"Commonly" a coin with much more value than your asked loans. Not just a simple coin but it should be well traded at different exchanges with good volume. But each lenders have their own terms on it so better understand it. If you have another thing in mind, then asked the lender directly if they will accept your proposals.

Even for a newbie, as long as you fulfill the requirements of having a good and reasonable collateral, chances that you might get one is possible.
