Development site in exchange for bitcoin

Today was home had just made my first post and I came across the open dreamweaver and bitcoin wallet. Ai thought why not develop websites in exchange for bitcoins. And here I am. Accepting proposals for developing the site.

Do you do any kind of server-side programming, such as PHP?

Or is your skill mainly in HTML layouts (i.e. Dreamweaver)?

Depends on the level of php, I have tweaked enough with php lately, but my priority is more "visual" sites, css, html, jquery
